Booking
Booking goes through Instagram, and that is on purpose.
Charlotte answers her own messages, so the person replying to you is the same person who will assess and treat you. It also means you can ask the slightly awkward question before you commit to anything, which most people want to.
What to include
A first message does not need to be detailed. Something like “I’d like my lips doing but I don’t want them to look obvious, can we talk it through?” is plenty. It helps to mention:
- What is bothering you, in your own words
- Whether you have had any treatment before
- Which days generally work for you
Keep medical details off DM
Medical history, medications, allergies and photographs of a concern all get handled in clinic, where they can be recorded and stored properly. A social message is not a secure place for health information, so Charlotte will ask you those questions in person.
Already a client?
Message the same account for a review appointment, repeat treatment or anything about aftercare. If something does not look or feel right after a treatment, say so straight away rather than waiting.
Appointment dates
Available dates are posted to Instagram as they open. Following the account is the quickest way to catch them.
Book a consultation
Dermal filler consultations are free and you are under no obligation to book anything afterwards. Message Charlotte directly. She answers her own messages.
Appointment dates are posted to Instagram as they open. Over-18s only.
