Consultations
Dermal filler consultations are free and carry no obligation. Anything involving a prescription medicine is assessed in person and never booked on the same day you ask.
Age
Treatments are for over-18s only. England prohibits cosmetic botulinum toxin and filler injections for under-18s outside narrow medical circumstances. ID may be requested.
Deposits & cancellations
Confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to move an appointment, message as early as you can and it will be rearranged where possible.
Aftercare
Written aftercare is provided after every treatment, along with a direct route back to Charlotte if you have a concern.
Your information
Please don't send medical history, medication lists or photographs of a concern by DM. Health information is handled in clinic, where it can be recorded and stored properly.

How do I book?
Message @haus_of_clb on Instagram or TikTok. Charlotte answers her own messages, so you're talking to the person who'll be treating you. Appointment dates are posted to Instagram as they open.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes for anything injectable. It's free for dermal filler, takes about ten minutes, and there's no obligation to book treatment afterwards.
Will it look obvious?
That's the thing we work hardest to avoid. If you bring a photo of a result you don't want, that's just as useful as one you do.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe it as uncomfortable rather than painful. Numbing cream is used where appropriate and Charlotte will talk you through each step.
What's the downtime?
Swelling and small bruises are normal for a few days with filler. You'll get written aftercare and can message if anything doesn't look right.
How old do I have to be?
18 or over. It is illegal in England to provide injectable cosmetic filler or botulinum toxin to under-18s, and ID may be requested.
